What To Expect From Us
- The care you receive from us should reflect your wishes, and the agreements we have made around the care package we will provide. Consider what you think you can do and what you are not able to do effectively.
- Your designated carer will respect your values, beliefs, religion, culture (food)
- To be updated, in advance, about the carer to be provided. Should there be any changes to your nominated carer, you will be updated in advance of the change.
- If you have a Care Plan, our staff will consider it as highly relevant in the provision of your care. Our carers will always work to this plan, as it contains the specific information about your care requirements.
- We ensure you get the right support, with a carer that will provide you with options, and involve you in your choice of service and how it will be delivered, and communicated to you.
- Our carers understand the dynamics of support and what it takes to deliver the right service that meets your needs. Our staff carers are skilled to support you across all your needs, including, dementia, blindness, deafness, mental illness that also have physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Besides your care plan, there is also a task book that retains information about your daily care. Our staff will go through this book routinely as other Health Care professionals do, just to keep track in terms of meeting the support you need.
- Our staff would review the plan with you within six weeks of your first care visit to ensure that you are happy with it. Subsequently, the plan should be reviewed at least once a year.
- We recognise and value our client’s safety, dignity, and privacy, and are highly focussed on safeguarding issues.
