Are your carers trained and CQC vetted?
Carers Nationwide first priority with our carers after being vetted for all eligibility’s, is to get them trained by our first class training third party that does all our high level training, as they’re CQC vetted.
What type of care service do you provide?
Carers Nationwide provides Personal Care, Night Care, Live-in-Care, Palliative Care, Domiciliary Care, Respite Care, Autism, Elderly Care, Dementia Care, and Mental Health Care.
Can I use Local Authority Funding?
Yes, many of our care users use support from their Local Authorities in the form of direct payments. To claim from your Local Authority, start by arranging a care needs assessment procedures with them, and that will determine also with their requirements.
How soon can a carer be allocated?
It’s a swift process, as long as we’ve got all the right arrangements in place, a carer or support worker will be allocated to you soonest regardless of your location in the U.K.
What happens when the carer has time off?
We understand the importance of continuity for those receiving care hence why we got diverse team based carers that can support during the changes while the current carer is away.
What if I want to change my carer?
We also understand that we need to provide you a carer that meets your needs . The relationship you build with your carer must be a vital one, and at any time you feel unease with it, we are here to support your decision to change carers if needed.
Can we have your carers as temp or regular staff at our nursing and residential homes?
Our staff are always available to help support care, nursing, and residential homes at all time. Also, available to support other agencies, private and local authorities.
What’s the level of the carers English language?
All our carers speak fluent, if not native English, as most of them are college and degree qualified.
Can I meet my carer before they arrive?
Certainly so! We give you the opportunity to meet with them, either virtually (video call) or if they’re local, we can get them to visit you when is best for you.
